All child x a new canvas

In collaboration with All Child, Harris Lowe and Pimlico Academy, A New Canvas invited young people to envision and design their ‘ideal school’, with each session focusing on a different aspect of the school experience. We explored topics such as staffing, environment, resources, well-being, and extracurricular activities, engaging with each theme through various forms of art-making. Whether through sculpture, craft or textiles, the group explored their ideas on what makes a school supportive, inspiring, and enriching. Culminating in a final exhibition the group exhibited their artwork, coming together to form a representation of their collective vision for the ideal school. This project was co-designed and facilitated with Jordann Rhule-Campbell.
